Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn pieces in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Original tags must remain attached.

Email concierge@crownandgrace.com with your order number to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid label and instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving the returned item.

Bespoke commissions, altered garments, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

For size or color exchanges, please contact our concierge — we will reserve your preferred piece while your return is in transit.
